Intake Session
Your initial session with your therapist allows for your therapist to gather information about your current needs, strengths, and plans for treatment.
Individual Sessions
Every session following your initial session consists of 53+ minutes sessions designed to address your individual goals for therapy.
Couples/Family Sessions
Every session following your initial session consists of 53+ minutes sessions designed to address the goals you and your partner/family member(s) have identified for therapy
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions are designed for the therapist to address a specific treatment with a small group of people. Length of services and price vary depending on the group.
Intake Sessions-Intern
These initial sessions are scheduled with one of our Master-level interns who hold Bachelor degrees and are working toward completing their Master's degree.
