Vanessa G. Harris, BS | Administrative Manager

Vanessa has over 30 years of experience in word processing and management. As Administrative Manager, Vanessa is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Elevation Individual and Family Therapy. Vanessa enjoys engaging with clients and ensuring they are scheduled with a therapist who meets their unique needs.

In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys planning parties and creating graphic design content.

tiffany clemmons, MA | executive operations coordinator

Tiffany has a master’s degree in counseling and LSSG certification. She retired from the 31 Illinois Department of Children and Family Services after providing 31 years of leadership experience. Tiffany has served as supervisor for the Guardian Consent Unit. She also has past leadership experience with investigations, intact family services, and operations through the Illinois Department of Department of Children.

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys baking, cooking, and hosting events.

THERESA BANKHARDT | Billing SPECIALIST

Theresa comes to the Elevation Team with 30+ years of experience in Medical Billing and Clinical Office Manager for an Endocrinology Practice. She has served the needs of patient care and looks forward to working with the clients of Elevation Therapy. She brings a selective set of leadership skills that will ensure that every client is handled with the utmost care.

In her free time, Theresa loves to read, spend time with her husband, David and her two sons Corey and Justin.

BIANCA GHOLSTON | administrative assistant

Bianca is a dedicated Administrative Assistant with over

20 years of customer service experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments. Responsible for scheduling and assisting with office needs. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys reading and writing as creative outlets, as well as dancing as a way to stay active.

Raynese joined the Elevation team with 20+ years of medical office experience as a patient care coordinator, and is responsible for scheduling and assisting with office needs. Healthcare has always been a passion of hers, and she looks forward to working with all of our clients.
