Vanessa G. Harris, BS | Administrative Manager
Vanessa has over 30 years of experience in word processing and management. As Administrative Manager, Vanessa is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Elevation Individual and Family Therapy. Vanessa enjoys engaging with clients and ensuring they are scheduled with a therapist who meets their unique needs.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys planning parties and creating graphic design content.

tiffany clemmons, MA | executive operations coordinator
Tiffany has a master’s degree in counseling and LSSG certification. She retired from the 31 Illinois Department of Children and Family Services after providing 31 years of leadership experience. Tiffany has served as supervisor for the Guardian Consent Unit. She also has past leadership experience with investigations, intact family services, and operations through the Illinois Department of Department of Children.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys baking, cooking, and hosting events.
Noel Fary, BA | Billing administrative assistant
Noel is an alumni of Indiana University, where her received his Bachelor of Arts in Media degree with High Distinction. Noel is currently pursuing a degree in accounting as well.
Noel is responsible for assisting with the billing needs of Elevation Individual and Family Therapy. Noel always maintains a positive attitude and enjoys being able to assist clients with questions related to their services or billings.
abigail martinez | administrative assistant
Abigail joined the Elevation team with 4+ years of medical office experience, and is responsible for scheduling and assisting with office needs. Healthcare is a passion of hers, and she looks forward to working with all of our clients. Previously, Abigail was a state certified Pharmacy Tech and Front Desk Training Coordinator. In her free time, she likes to golf, cook, travel, and spend time with her husband.
Titilayo aina | administrative assistant
Titilayo has over 6+ years of administrative and office experience. She is responsible for scheduling & also assisting with other clerical needs at Elevation Individual and Family Therapy.
She is a ray of sunshine and loves interacting with people with her bubbly personality. In her free time Titilayo is also an entrepreneur. She likes to cook, enjoy nature and listen to music.
